Mon histoire d'amour

J'ai eu 30 ans en janvier dernier. J'ai frappé un mur.

Je me suis dis: J'ai un emploi que j'adore, une maison, une voiture, c'est ça la vie? C'est tout? Je vais continuer à travailler pour m'acheter une plus grosse maison et une plus belle voiture? La réponse fut: NON. En fait, elle fut: NO WAY!

J'ai eu le plaisir de rencontrer une "coach spirituel" et je la vois régulièrement. De février à mai j'étais dans une grosse période "boueuse", car je remuais les 30 dernières années de tous les cotés, ce n'est pas terminé biensur (et ne le sera probablement jamais!), mais là, depuis environ le 8-10 mai, je crois que j'ai "catché". I GOT IT. Je vis un éveil spirituel fabuleux et je ne retournerai jamais en arrière.

Je définis de jour en jour mon chemin de vie, je suis responsable de mes gestes, et je suis tout simplement en AMOUR avec tout et tout le monde (en fait, je braille toujours tellement j'aime tout et je suis émue par un rien! hihi) :)

Miksang Contemplative Photography

Miksang is a Tibetan word that translates as ‘Good Eye’, and is based on the Shambhala and Dharma Art teachings of the late meditation master, artist, and scholar Chogyam Trungpa, Rinpoche.

‘Good’ here doesn’t mean good as we usually use the word, as in good or bad. Good here means that our mind is uncluttered by preoccupation, relaxed and open. Its innate nature is clear, brilliant, and extremely precise. When steady mind, clear vision and soft heart come together in one single moment, ‘Good Eye’ manifests.

It is vision that is inherently pure, unobstructed, unblocked, free of depression, free of aggression, free of interpretation. Free altogether. When we synchronize eye and mind, we abandon all concepts and predispositions and become completely present in the moment. The world becomes a magical display of vivid perception. We can develop the ability to experience and express these experiences precisely through the practice of contemplative photography

Croire en ses rêves

Elisa était la plus heureuse des femmes. Hervé venait de la demander en mariage, et depuis plusieurs jours, ils préparaient cette cérémonie avec enthousiasme. Ayant perdu son père très jeune, elle allait demander à son grand-père de lui faire l’honneur de l’amener à l’autel. Elle était sûre qu’il en serait honoré et qu’il partagerait leur bonheur.

Sa déception fut immense quand celui-ci lui rétorqua qu’il ne voyait pas à quoi ça servait de se marier pour divorcer dans 2 ans. Il ajouta que ce n’était pas vraiment pas la peine de dépenser autant d’argent pour une robe qu’elle ne mettrait qu’une seule fois dans sa vie. Pendant toute la conversation, il resta bougon et désagréable. Elisa retenait ses larmes, sa déception était immense. Le chagrin qu’elle éprouvait annulait toute la joie ressentie jusqu’alors. En arrivant chez elle, elle regretta sa démarche. Son grand-père lui avait gâché son mariage, pensait-elle.

Etes-vous de ceux qui se laissent influencer par les voleurs de rêves et les croqueurs d’énergie ? Vous est-il déjà arrivé de laisser tomber vos projets parce qu’un ami, soi-disant plus avisé que vous, a sapé votre confiance en vous ? Vous savez, cela arrive à tout le monde...

Vous ne pourrez pas changer ces êtres négatifs, et ils auront toujours de bons arguments pour vous prouver que vous avez tort. Non, la solution réside en vous. Avant toute chose, ayez toujours à l’esprit que votre projet, quel qu’il soit, ne pourra jamais recevoir l’accord de tous vos proches.

Par définition, un projet est un acte personnel, il n’y a donc que vous pour en être pleinement enthousiaste. Une fois cette vérité admise, vous accepterez mieux les critiques. Vous serez, par ailleurs, en mesure de remercier gentiment le voleur de rêves, en ajoutant, que, non merci, vous ne tiendrez pas compte de ses conseils. Ce faisant, vous renforcerez votre confiance en vous et vous ne vous tiendrez plus à la merci du jugement des autres. Portez votre projet, croyez en lui.

Une autre petite astuce? Si vous ne vous sentez pas suffisamment fort pour appliquer ces suggestions, voici un secret qui marche à tous les coups: gardez votre projet pour vous. Tant que vous n’aurez pas assez avancé, que vous ne serez pas sur de vous, que vous serez sensible aux critiques, ne dites rien! Une fois que votre projet aura pris forme, vous vous sentirez plus confiant, et vous disposerez d’atouts pour convaincre.

N’oubliez pas, vous seul êtes en mesure de juger ce qui est bon pour vous.
